Well, it was a weigh-in... and at least I've made some progress, though not as much as I would like. I'm slowing down, and that, I don't like. There have been a lot of days off between the last weigh-in and this one (Christmas, New Years, snow days & MLK). I don't want to stall and I want to change this! I'm going to have to keep pushing hard in every workout, picking up the pace, not giving up. And I'm going to re-discipline myself in my eating, no more small indulgences: alcohol, french fries, diet coke are going back into the once-a-month category. So with those resolutions, such as they are...

Pushups: 35 in 60 secs. or as long as I could go without stopping.
Situps: 67 in 60 secs. 21 less than last time... Peggy was convinced that the 88 from last time was a product of Mike miscounting or something... comical ;)
Sassy ;) My legs still look better when they're not side by side...
At least my shorts are getting too big :)
Peggy is convinced I'm "almost there" and that 120 lbs will be too small for me. So we've been talking about when I'll know "I'm there." I'd like to have a body fat % of 22. I'd like to have smaller thighs and a flat stomach that doesn't roll when I sit down. I'd like to wear clothes size 4-6. I think these things will be achieved at 120 lbs, but if it comes sooner, so be it!
